RRC Running Nights
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 7.15pm for 7.30pm start
The main club running nights are every Tuesday and Thursday evening. The group begins to gather at 7.15pm for general admin (welcoming new members, collecting subs etc.) and a briefing for the session ahead.
During the spring/summer months we operate without an indoor base and meet at various places in the Rochford and Southend areas. Details of where we meet are published on the running schedule – see tab right.
During the autumn/winter months we alternate between the club winter bases (usually on Tuesday night) and a pre-arranged meeting place (usually on Thursday night).
Our winter bases are Hawkwell Baptist Church, Rectory Road, Rochford for the first two Tuesdays of the month and Eastwood Community Centre, Western Approaches, Eastwood for the 3rd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. These 2 halls offer a warm and dry place to prepare for the session ahead and to retire to afterwards.
