A big Congratulations to those new members of Rochford Running Club who have completed this seasons beginner course, Starting in January they have pushed themselves to great lengths and should be proud of their acheivements.
RRC is a local friendly club where we have found that by the end of the course most people have “Caught the running bug” and have liked it so much that they are now regulars at our club nights during the week and are part of the RRC family.
These courses are very popular and it is important to register your place ASAP to save disappointment.
