Several intrepid Rochford Runners took part in the challenging Benfleet 15 mile run on Sunday 15th January, A mixed course which starts at Hadleigh Country park taking you down and out to Canvey before bringing you back up with a lovely hill finish. Some excellent and inspiring running. Well done Team.
